Who knew hot chocolate could be made even better ? Not that it needs anything , it's literally winter in a mug. It's so festive and so Christmassy !



Even though Christmas is not a very big event in our country , I love to curl up and watch movies with this boozy hot chocolate and I'm sure a lot you will too.






It's perfect if you celebrate as well ,for a drink to serve to your guests which is yummy and equally festive. Enjoy!




INGREDIENTS
Serves 3
1 cup milk
50 gms dark chocolate
1-2 tsp instant coffee powder
Pinch of salt
30ml whiskey or rum ( or more )

METHOD
In a sauce pan heat the milk and chocolate while constantly whisking.
Once the chocolate starts to melt add in the coffee and salt and whisk till fully combined.
Now turn off the heat and add in the whiskey.
Serve warm and enjoy!






Eating healthy most of the time or at least trying to is a daily struggle, but i don't mind as long as the food tastes great ! and that's why i love this recipe. it tastes exactly like chicken nuggets but is much more healthier. it has a just a touch of heat and is perfectly crispy. Enjoy!


INGREDIENTS 
For the marination
500 gms boneless chicken strips
2 tbsp BBQ sauce
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp cayenne 
2 tsp lemon juice 
salt to taste 
1 tsp siracha 
1/2 tsp chopped garlic


For the coating
2 eggs 
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 cup bread crumbs 
1/2 cup oats 

Oil for Shallow Frying 

METHOD 
Combine the chicken and the marination and let it sit for an hour 
Whisk your eggs and set aside and grind your oats and add to the bread crumbs.
Now take a piece of the chicken and coat it in flour , then dip it in the egg wash and then coat it in the bread and oats mixture. 
Repeat this till all the chicken is coated and then shallow fry.
Serve with BBQ sauce.
