This is one my of favorite recipes by Gordon Ramsey , he is simply amazing and makes cooking effortless with his recipes . I have just altered the recipe slightly in terms of the amount of ingredients
INGREDIENTS
For the marinade
500 gms boneless chicken breast (cut into cubes)
2tsp chopped garlic
2tsp chopped ginger
2-3 tsp chopped red chillies
Juice of 2 lemons
1 tsp coriander powder
1tsp roasted cumin powder
1+1/2 cup yoghurt
1/2tsp salt
1/2tsp turmeric
For the sauce
2tsp olive oil
2tsp tomato paste
1/2tsp cayenne pepper
2 onions (chopped)
1tsp chopped garlic
1tsp chopped ginger
1tsp garam masala
1tsp ground coriander
2tbsp butter
Hand full of chopped coriander ( for garnishing )
METHOD
- in a bowl combine all the ingredients for the marinade ,add the chicken and then refrigerate for minimum 2 hours
- After the chicken has been sitting for two hours heat olive in a pan and add the onions
- Cook till brown
- Add the rest of the spices, garlic and ginger
- Cook till combined
- Then add the tomato paste and butter
- Once combined add the chicken and the left over marinade and cook for 8-10 mins on high heat .
